<p><em>Student learning outcomes must be a serious concern so that various efforts can be made to improve them. One of them is by increasing school literacy and utilizing information technology in learning. This research aims to examine the influence of the implementation of the school literacy movement and the use of information technology in learning on the quality of education. In this research, the approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a comparative causal research method. The sample in this study consisted of 83 teachers in ten State Elementary Schools in Labuapi District. The data in this research was obtained using a questionnaire. The statement format in the questionnaire has answer choices given a score of 1-4 based on a Likert scale. After the data was obtained, the results were presented descriptively and processed for hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, T test, and F test using SPSS version 25. The research results showed that the School Literacy Movement positively and significantly affected the Quality of Education. Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Education. <p><em>This research aims to describe writing errors in the narrative texts of class V students at SDN 34 Mataram in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The object of this research is 27 narrative texts written by class V students at SDN 34 Mataram. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The technique used in collecting data is triangulation including interview techniques, documentation and test techniques. This triangulation technique is also a test of data credibility, where when the data collected through these three techniques produces the same data, the research is said to be credible. The researcher is the key instrument in this research, then the researcher also uses interview guides and tests as supporting instruments. The research results showed that errors in the use of word choice (diction) were the most common errors, amounting to 187 errors with a percentage of 42.43%. Errors in using dots resulted in 116 errors with a percentage of 26.30%. The next mistake that students often make is the error in using capital letters. There were 78 errors made by students in using capital letters with a percentage of 17.69%. The errors made by students were errors in using the words in, to and from as well as errors in using commas which amounted to 23 and 37 respectively with percentages of 5.22% and 8.39%. The suggestion given is for teachers to carry out more intensive learning, especially paying more attention to the writing aspect. <p><em>This research is descriptive qualitative research. The problem in this research is how teachers perceive social tolerance among students: Case study in elementary schools. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and document study. After the data is collected, the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that, Revealing teachers' perceptions of social tolerance among students: Case study in elementary schools. has been implemented and is in the good category, proven by the teacher's notes and the results of observations. <p><em>This study evaluates the effectiveness of professional development activities organized by the Mai Tana'o Mena community at SMP Negeri 1 Wera, Bima, with a focus on enhancing teachers' academic knowledge and professional skills. The primary objectives of this research are to describe the implementation of training activities, assess their impact on teachers' knowledge and professionalism, and identify changes in teaching practices and challenges encountered. The methodology employed includes qualitative analysis of data collected through observations, interviews, and surveys of training participants.The findings reveal that the community activities significantly improved teachers' knowledge and skills. The training and workshops updated teachers' understanding of the curriculum and more effective teaching methods, positively impacting their teaching practices. Teachers reported the adoption of more innovative teaching techniques and better assessment strategies, as well as increased motivation and confidence after participating in these activities.However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as resource shortages, communication issues, and resistance to change. Resource shortages and communication problems hinder collaborative effectiveness, while resistance to change indicates the need for additional support and effective change management strategies.Overall, the professional development activities through the Mai Tana'o Mena community have made a significant contribution to improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Wera. The study suggests the need for improvements in resource allocation and communication systems, as well as change management strategies to address challenges and maximize the benefits of professional development activities.</em></p>Nurmi NurmiMuhammad Mustari

<p><em>This study aims to obtain an objective and comprehensive picture of the role of the principal in improving the professional competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in the study were principals, teachers, education personnel and supervisors. Data were analyzed by reducing, displaying, drawing conclusions and verifying data. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it shows that the principal has an important role in improving the professional competence of teachers in their respective work environments, the mastery of professional competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency is included in the moderate qualification, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the role of the principal and the mastery of competence of teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Central Lombok Regency.</em></p>Misroyani MisroyaniA. <p><em>This study aims to describe the role of the head of a school as a motivator in increasing teachers' work motivation, an overview of teachers' work motivation and factors that affect the role of school principals in increasing teachers' work motivation. Research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation/display, and data verification with conclusions.
